Getting Foodics users basic information

Calculate cashier users' revenue
Note: First make sure that Jisr was installed in your Foodics account and you are logged in, in order to proceed with the connection.
Enabling The integration works in two ways,

Getting your cashier users list & orders from Foodics

Generating revenue reports per employee, per location and so on
- Activating Foodics integration :
Go to Settings page > Integrations > Apps > Foodics > Configure
Enter your Foodics account information at the logging page :
Once the connection succeeds system will show the status ( Connected ).
Once your Foodics account is connected, Jisr will get the list of cashier users from your Foodics account so you can map them with your employees list in Jisr.
In order to manage the list of cashiers and do the mapping you can click on the ( Manage ) button.
A list of employees will be displayed, For each employee do the mapping and click on the Save Changes button.
Note: if you don’t see your employee click on the Get Fresh List button in order to retrieve your employee information from your Foodics account.
- Generating Revenue Report:
This report shows the total revenue for your employees as per employee's closed orders in your Foodics account.
Once you map your employees with the cashier users list, Jisr can generate a report for you.
this report will contain the following information:

Employee information (Name, ID)

No. of closed orders
-
Total Revenue
You can find this report by Navigating to Reports > Select Financial Reports > Click on Revenue Report
You can utilize filters in order to get the revenue per location, department and so on, you can also generate the report for a certain period of time.
Note: if you don’t see your employee coming in the report, make sure the employee has been mapped with your cashier users list coming from your Foodics account.
