To benefit from the system’s alerts feature about the imminent expiry of the dates of employees’ employment contracts, employees’ probation period, or employees’ personal documents uploaded to the system (identity/residency, passport, etc.).
Therefore, it is necessary to finish adding all documents and specify their expiration dates on the system in advance through the employee’s personal file.
The system administrator can follow up on completed or about to expire documents by following the following steps:
Go to Home > Reminders Section > Employees Doc Tab > Choose from the available filter
Notice:
The system displays the completed or about to expire employee documents on the admin home page as follows:
A- Fixed-term employment contracts for employees when they enter the last 90 days of the contract.
B- Probation period employees when they enter the last 30 days of the probation period.
C- Employees’ passports before their expiry (180 days)...
D- The rest of the employees’ documents before their expiry (90 days)...
Review and print the contract expiration report and employees’ personal documents:
The system admin can view the file completion report and export it for printing when needed.
File expiry reports can be accessed by going to Reports > All Reports > Employees Reports > Expiring Documents.
This report displays details of employee documents that have expired or are about to expire, with options for searching, sorting, and customizing columns in the report before exporting or printing.
