How to use Muqeem services from Jisr?

Executing and managing employees' Muqeem operations from JISR

Important Note: 

Kindly Insure that Muqeem integration is fully activated on your company's Jisr account so that you can benefit from all Muqeem services from Jisr

How to set up Jisr & Muqeem Services

You can access Muqeem services through the main page OR the employee profile as explained in details on the below article:

Once you click on "Muqeem services" button, you will be able to see all available services that you can execute and manage from JISR as per the below screenshot:

 

On top of the page, there are 3 tabs that shall help you access the service needed in a faster way:

1. Services

2. Visas

3. Operation Report

How to execute and manage Muqeem related operations:

• From the main page, click on the service card you need to provide to the employees; for example: Renew Iqama. A single click shall open up a side menu for you

• Search for the employee you need to perform the service for by "Name" OR "Employee ID"

Ensure that you have added all required data; such as:

• Service

• Action type

• Iqama renewal duration "based on the selected action type"

Note: some data will be auto-filled as per the selected service type  

In terms of the employee personal data; such as Iqama OR passport number, those will be reflected on Muqeem as per the provided data on the employee profile

In case of having any incorrect employee related data, you may correct it by clicking on the icon shown beside the employee name as shown in the below screenshot & video: 

 

 

You can change the service related information reflected on this window by clicking on the provided dropdown list to select the appropriate options as shown in the below video

 

Once you verify the accuracy of all added data, you may click on "Submit to Muqeem" button. If the request has been submitted successfully, a success message will be displayed to you as per the below screenshot:

In case of having any invalid/incorrect data, an error message would be displayed to you as shown in the below video: 

Ensure to have the data corrected and resubmit your request again.
