Checking the status of the biometric device

You can check the status of the biometric devices from Jisr within one of two ways:

The first one: by entering the Attendance Management Settings (Attendance Reporting Methods) tab

A list of devices and their status will appear for you, you can click Refresh Status to check more.

The other method is from the attendance page by clicking the icon as shown in the picture bellow
