Editing the duration of an employee's contract on the system:
The system admin can modify the duration of the current employment contract for an employee through the system by following the following steps: -
1- From the user's home page, go to the employees' display.
2- Select the required employee from the list of employees that appears on the screen.
3- Go to the employee's file and choose the job information page
4- Go to the bottom of the page and the contract section will appear
5- From the action column, click on the option (...) then choose "edit"
6- Edit the contract duration or add an attachment, then choose Save Changes.
Note: It is possible to attach more than one file that includes Adjustments or the contract after amendments.
Note: After confirming the modifications he made to the contracts, the user can allow him to notify managers or the employee himself of this modification by activating the "Notify people about this change" indicator and selecting the people by clicking on "Select People".
Note: When making change on employee's contract, the user must write the reason for the contract change mandatorily.
