The system admin can modify the probation period through the system by extending or reducing the probation period for the employee, which is usually 90 days and does not exceed 180 days, by following the following steps:-
1- From the user's home page, go to the employee display.
2- Select the required employee from the list of employees that appears on the screen.
3- Go to the employee file and choose the job information page.
4- By going down to the bottom of the page, you will see the contract section - currently.
5- From the Action column, click on the option (...) and then choose "Update".
6- Click on the Save Changes option.
Delete the probation period for an employee:
The system admin can also delete the probation period that was previously created by following these steps:
1- From the user's home page, go to the employees' display.
2- Select the required employee from the list of employees that appears on the screen.
3- Go to the employee's file and choose the job information page
4- Go down to the bottom of the page and you will see the contract section - currently
5- From the action column, click on the option (...) and then choose "Delete"
6- A confirmation message will appear, click Yes.
The system will delete this period completely from the employee's file.
