What is an vacation leave settlement?

It is not possible to liquidate all leave balances as it is a clear violation of the following Labor Office stipulation: “A worker must enjoy his leave in its due year, and it is not permissible to forfeit it, or to receive a monetary allowance in lieu of taking it during their service.
Can an employee modify the request information if he/she does not apply for an advance salary, or cancel it if he/she requests it?
No, it is not possible to modify the details of the request and the method of payment of the vacation salary, and therefore the person responsible for approving the application must confirm the details, and the vacation request can be rejected and the reason for the rejection written based on the company's internal policy, or cancel the request by the employee or the administrator.
Is it possible to modify the annual leave allowances and the way they are calculated?
