Discount exemption policy
Due to the different circumstances of employees within establishments, this policy comes to enable the system supervisor or the person with authority to exempt some employees whose nature of work does not require proof of entry and exit fingerprints, such as the general manager or the executive director, and to exempt them from attendance and departure deductions in the salary process, even if they have one. Attendance and departure fingerprints on the system will be for tracking purposes only.
Noting that this policy excludes all attendance and departure discounts for:
Absence.
Delay.
Getting out of work early.
Incomplete record (forgetting fingerprint).
To add any employee to the deductions exemption policy, follow the following steps:
Go to the system's settings page, and from the Payroll side menu, the user chooses "Attendance Reflection"
Click on the Exemption from Deductions tab, then click on the Add New Employee option.
Select employees by clicking on the Add option and then choosing Save.
