The hiring process is a core part of strategic workforce planning in any organization.
To ensure a seamless Workforce Planning (WFP) experience on the Jisr platform, we’ve integrated WFP with Jisr ATS. This allows you to manage planning and hiring from one place — with just one click.
How the Integration Works
After navigating to Workforce Planning (WFP) and following the steps to create a new workforce plan, the plan goes through the configured approval workflow.
Once the plan is approved:
- Users with Admin or HR permissions in Jisr (who can manage multiple aspects of the system) will see a new button called “Create ATS Requisition”.
- By clicking this button, all approved new hire positions from the workforce plan will be automatically reflected in Jisr ATS.
EXAMPLE: Let’s say you’re planning new hires for the Product Management team:
- 2 Product Managers (each in a different location)
- 1 Senior Product Manager
After the plan is approved:
- The “Create ATS Requisition” button becomes visible to HR/Admin users.
Clicking it shows a confirmation message with the number of open jobs that will be created.
- Once confirmed, the system automatically creates:
- 2 separate Product Manager job openings
- 1 Senior Product Manager job opening
All three roles will appear as New jobs in ATS.
Note: If two positions are approved in one location, only one position will be created.
At this stage, recruiters can:
- Edit job details (e.g., job descriptions)
- Publish roles to the career page
- Start the hiring process immediately
Recruiters can also:
- Delete jobs directly in ATS
- Make changes without returning to WFP
- Do so without requiring additional permissions
Note: The role status is Draft, and these are not open roles, so they cannot be shown to candidates.
