Jisr has launched an important update in accounting integration module, directly aimed at addressing the challenges faced by finance and HR teams during the post-payroll preparation phase. The update focuses on simplifying the setup process, eliminating distracting screen navigation and manual error checking.
Changes in the new Update:
Central Entry Management Screen: Provides a unified, comprehensive screen that allows tracking of all daily entries and acts as an early warning system to immediately flag any missing entries or errors.
A new screen has been added to the system called "Accounting integration"
This screen displays the following:
Automating critical procedures: Integrating a "Send/Download Accounting Entry" button instantly on the payroll confirmation screen, ensuring financial data is transferred to the ERP system without delay.
Proactive Setup and Guidance:
Send proactive alerts to users regarding any missing links before the payroll cycle begins.
Enable linking multiple accounts to cost centers and chart of accounts at once, speeding up the activation process by up to 40%.
Some updated procedures:
1. Displaying the statuses of subsidiaries and cost centers, indicating whether they are linked and the number of employees associated with them.
2- Avoid linking individually, as the user can now select more than one option and link them all to a single option.
For example, selecting all cost centers in Jisr and linking them to a single cost center in the accounting system will save the user effort and effort.
3- Clarify the percentage of completion of the step, for example, as in the picture, 3% of the account tree has been completed.
4- An explanation and clarification have been added next to each step within the linking steps to explain the step or process.
5- Data filtering process has become easier and faster than the old interface.
