🏗️ How to Manage Organizational Entities via the “Structure” Tab
The Structure tab is the core section that allows System Admins to build and maintain the company’s organizational foundation. Through this tab, both system administrators and HR teams can manage the primary entities that make up the organization—such as business units, branches, locations, and officially registered establishments.
Here’s a breakdown of what you can manage:
1. Subsidiaries
These represent internal divisions within the company, such as:
Operations Unit
Support Unit
IT Unit
At the top, you’ll see the total number of business units.
Admins can:
Add new Subsidiary and define their type.
Edit or delete existing units as needed.
2. Business Units/ Locations
This includes all geographical locations the company operates in:
Branches
Warehouses
Factories
Offices
You can:
View the total number of defined locations.
Add a new location by specifying its address and geographic details (city, district, country).
Add internal zones within each location.
This section is essential for assigning employees to their actual work environments and linking them to physical work sites.
3. Registered Organizations
These are the official entities under which the company operates. They include:
Commercial registrations
Licenses
Approved business entities
You can:
View the total number of government-approved organizations.
Edit existing establishment data,
Register new entities,
Or add secondary records (e.g., branch-level commercial licenses).
This structured setup ensures accurate employee placement, better compliance with regulatory requirements, and clear mapping of operational units across the organization.
