You can manage the visibility of your company’s career page online, making it accessible either through its direct link or by allowing it to appear in search engine results. Users can also choose whether or not to publish available job postings from their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on this page.
From the main interface of the career page, users with the "Customize, Publish, and Manage Career Site" permission can do the following:
1. Publish the Page: Next to the page status, you can click the "Publish" button. If the page is already published, the available option will be "Unpublish".
2. Page Link: This is the unique URL for your career page, automatically generated by Jisr platform. You can copy the link or open the live page to view it.
3. Published Jobs: This section displays the number of active jobs available in the ATS and provides the option to publish them on the career page.
Can you control which jobs are published from the ATS to the career page?
Yes, you can select which jobs to publish and choose not to publish others on the career page.
- When you click "Publish" next to the "Published Jobs" title, you are automatically redirected to the list of available jobs.
- Next to each job, there is a "Publish to Career Page" toggle that can be turned on or off.
Note:
- To be able to publish jobs added in Jisr to the career page, you must activate the "Generate Page URL" toggle, which is available during the job creation process in the application form stage.
If this toggle is not activated during job creation, it can be easily adjusted during the publishing process.
How does the career page appear when published?
When you click the "Public URL" button, you will be redirected to your career page, which will appear in this format and include the available jobs—if they have been published.
