Once employees complete the survey, the system displays an interactive results dashboard containing a set of detailed statistics that help you analyze employee engagement and understand their feedback accurately.
Displaying Questions and Results for Each Question
Once you click on the survey from the Surveys dashboard, all the included questions and their types will be displayed.
When you click on a specific question, the following details will be shown:

The number of responses received for that question

The engagement rate for that question
Displaying Results and Insights After Survey Completion
Once responses are submitted, the system automatically starts displaying the results via an interactive dashboard under the "Insights" tab associated with each survey:

Response Pattern: How employees interacted with each question

Response Rate: A comparison between the number of invitees and the number of respondents

Completion Rate: The percentage of respondents who completed the survey after starting

Answer Analysis: For each question, based on its type (text, rating, etc.)

Filtering Results: By department, unit, or geographical location

Export Options: To analyze results outside the system (Excel, PDF)
