In order to add a new employee/dependent on your organization's active insurance policy, kindly follow the below steps:
- From the home page < click on the Benefits Management Tab as shown in the below screenshot.
- Under the Health Insurance Tab, Click on Policies.
- To choose the organization you need, simply click on its corresponding card.
- Click on the Add New Endorsement Button and select Employee.
- On this page, you can search for the employee data by adding one of the below options or by using the available filters
- Employee name
- Employee ID
- Employee National ID/ Iqama
Once you get the employee's data based on your entries, you can select the employee as shown in the below screenshot, then click "Continue" in order to proceed with the next steps required to get the employee insured:
Note:
To successfully complete this process, you need to ensure that the employee you are trying to insure has already been added to the same company's CR that is added for this particular insurance policy.
- Once you click on continue, you will be directed to a page where the active insurance list will be pre-filled for this employee as per the CR he has been added on. You can also select the insurance class for this employee, as shown in the below screenshot:
Note:
Each completed step will be checked to track your progress, as shown on the endorsement page side menu. Moreover, all completed steps will be autosaved on the system. You need to click on "Save & Close" to archive this request as a "Draft" on the system.
- Once you continue to the verification page, Click on "Load Employee Data" to get the data prefilled for you, as shown in the below screenshot:
- You will ONLY need to add the marital status data, noting that it is a mandatory field; then, click on Continue to move to the health declaration step.
- In this step, you need to declare if you have any medical condition by toggling the button displayed by this condition to mark it as existing. If you have none, leave the buttons without toggling any.
- Upon toggling any button, a side menu, "Diseases Diagnosis," will open for you so that you can add the medical report that proves of have this case by clicking on the attachment window as shown in the above screenshot. Then, click on Save.
Note:
Failure to fill in the data related to weight and height would result in rejecting the cost coverage for any obesity-required surgery
- After that, click on Continue to move to the dependents page, where you can add the dependents' data if you have any
To add the dependents:
- you can follow the same steps of adding new employees to add new dependents
- You can add more than one dependent by clicking on the option "Add Dependent."
- After adding and verifying the employee's data, click on Save Dependent. Then, click on submit to send the request to Tawuniya.
