How to Set up Integration with Tawuniya?

To set up and manage the integration with Tawuniya to start utilizing the available services, you need to follow the below steps: 

• From the home page > Go to Marketplace 

• Scroll down to see Tawuniya card in the Medical Insurance section, then click on it.

• Click on the "Connect" button that will show on the same page.

• Click on the "connect " button to add a new policy where you will be asked to provide specific credentials to activate the connection, as shown in the screenshot below: 

• The connection information would include The company's active policy number/ username and the password 
• Upon successful authentication, the status of the connection would change to "Connected," as shown in the below screenshot 

• If at any point of time, the company would like to suspend this integration, this can be done by simply clicking on the "Disconnect" button where this integration will no longer be active. 

The "Connected" button will be immediately changed to "Connect," which indicates that the integration is currently inactive and the authorized user needs to reactivate following the above-mentioned steps to have it set up. There would be a tag displayed next to the policy number titled as "Disconnect". 

Upon successful authentication and connection, you can start utilizing Tawuniya integration services by following the below steps: 

• From the home page > Go to Benefits Management > Click on Endorsements under "Health Insurance" tab 

Required Permissions: 

• Admin Role.
• If not an admin, you need to ask the admin to add you as a user on a Custom role where the following permission is granted for you: "Manage Insurance" under the Benefits Management section so that you would be able to establish the connection with Tawuniya and manage the integration.

Important Note: 

-If an authorized user tries to perform any transaction using a Connected policy, they will get an error message ⛔️ that states the following: 

[User name] is already connected to this policy. To perform actions, please make sure to establish a new connection from your side

Therefore, users need to start by connecting policy first in order to start performing any transactions on Al Tawuniya
