The services available through this integration include the following:
- Client Authentication, where we validate clients information to ensure that they are active users of Tawuniya insurance policy
- Navigating Active Policies where users can navigate and check the details of each active policy. Additionally, they can have a downloadable version of the policy document to go through the insurance coverage and benefits.
- Policy endorsements are where we can add new employees and their dependents to an active health insurance policy.
- Edit Member or their dependent information.
- Edit / Update Member ID.
- Change member class ( Upgrade / Downgrade ).
- Delete member or their dependents.
Which establishments are not eligible to activate the integration?
- Businesses that have more than 200 insured employees will not be able to activate the integration at the current time. Therefore, they will need to contact their account manager at Al Tawuniya to manage their insurance policy independently.
- Establishments that do not have a commercial registration number, such as associations, certain organizations, and consulates. This official commercial registration of the company is a key requirement to activate the integration.
