Main Integration Purpose:
To bridge the gap amongst hiring and onboarding NEW employees coming from ATS "Application Tracking Systems" and ensure a streamlined process, this integration has been done between Elevatus and Jisr to save the time and effort needed to add NEW employees data automatically on Jisr.
Note:
The above applies ONLY to users who have an active account on Elevatus
Through this integration, employees' data will be automatically filled in Jisr system as reported from Elevatus upon changing the status of the new employees to "Hired" and following the data transfer steps that are provided under the article, titled as:
"Steps to Push New Hires Data to Jisr"
Firstly, we need to activate the integration with Elevatus:
Integration Activation Steps:
We will divide these steps into 2 main parts:
To be done on Jisr Platform:
Both the below inputs are required to activate the integration on Elevatus Platform
- Obtaining the Organization Slug (a unique identifier for your organization in Jisr HR); this can be done by following the below steps:
Settings < Apps < Elevatus Card < Configure < Click on the copy button placed opposite Step #3 as shown on the below screenshot :
Note:
Kindly ensure to enable the integration with Elevatus by clicking on the activation button as shown on Elevatus card
- Once you click on "Enable" button as shown on the above confirmation message, a success message will be displayed for you; however, this step is a part of the integration activation process that should NOT override any of the below listed steps
- If the company decides on disabling the integration for any particular reason, the admin in charge needs to click on the same button to disable the integration and data synchronization from Jisr.
2. Generating the API key ( a secret token that allows your integration to access your Jisr HR account data); this can be done by following the below steps:
1st Method:
Settings <API Keys < NEW API Key< Fill in the required data as shown on the below screenshot < Generate < Copy
2nd Method:
Settings < Apps < Elevatus Card < Configure < Click on the API Key button placed opposite Step #3 as shown on the below screenshot :
Afterwards, follow the same steps mentioned in the 1st method.
To be done on Elevatus:
- In the sidebar of your Elevatus dashboard, click on the "Connections" page.
- On the Connections page, find "Jisr HR Integration" card and click the “Connect” button to enable the integration.
3.When prompted, supply an Organization Slug and an API Key. Provide the values that you have already obtained from your Jisr account
4. Click Save, and it will report a success message if everything is working.
5. Click on Synchronize Jisr Lookups Option so the data can be retrieved from Jisr, then click on Confirm, and the integration is fully set up.
Permissions Required to activate Elevatus Integration on Jisr
Elevatus integration card + connectivity will be available for employees who have the following roles/permissions:
Permissions Required to ADD New Employees Data to Jisr
- An admin role on Jisr
- A custom role granted with "ADD New Employee Permission" as shown on the below screenshot:
