How to get the unified establishment number in the Labor Office (Ministry of Human Resources)

You can obtain the unified establishment number in the Labor Office by logging into the E-services management portal of the Ministry of Human Resources from here.

Then follow these steps:

1- Access the establishment data

2- From the main information page of the establishment:

• Navigate to the section (Establishment Activity Information) if you want to obtain the branch establishment file number.

Or

• Navigate to the section (Unified Number Information) at the bottom of the page if you want to obtain the unified establishment number. 

Finally, the unified establishment file number at the Labor Office (Ministry of Human Resources) can be used in the steps of adding registered establishment data (the legal structure of the establishment).

And also in case an error message appears (No establishment is associated with the sent unified number) during the steps of setting up the connection with Mudad

It is necessary to use the Labor Office number (unified number) within the organizational structure page - registered establishments (legal structure), in order to resolve the error message issue.
