If the admin appoints managers within the approval chains for self-service requests, managers can make the decision to approve or reject requests for their employees, explaining the reason for rejection by following the following steps:
- When an employee submits a request, the manager will be notified of this request via the notification feature on the mobile phone as well as from within the Jisr system application.
- The manager must enter the self-service application by going to the (Requests) tab and will find all requests based on their type through the tabs available in the system (Finance, Attendance, Other).
By clicking on the request, you can review the details of the submitted request, as well as make a decision to approve or reject with a reason, with the possibility of adding a comment if desired.
Note:
- This option is only available to employees with the (Manager) authority if they are within the approval chain for requests.
- The status of the request can be tracked based on its approval chain by clicking on the Requests tab, then clicking on the Filters icon, and using the filter by type or status.
