The employee can submit a resignation request if they wish to terminate their contractual relationship with the organization for a specific reason (e.g., not wanting to renew the contract, etc.) by following these steps:
From the homepage, select the "Requests" tab, then click on "Add New Request (+)".
Choose "Resignation Request" from the list.
A side window will appear, allowing you to fill in all the important details of the resignation request, as shown in the image below. This includes the following:
Last working day: You can select it by clicking on the dropdown icon, as shown in the image above.
Reason for resignation: You can choose it from the available options by clicking on the dropdown icon and selecting the appropriate reason.
If there is another reason not listed, you can select the "Other" option as shown in the video below, then specify the reason in the Reason field.
4. Attach a file, if needed.
5. Then click "Submit" to send the request.
Note:
You can track the status of the request based on its approval workflow by clicking on the "Requests" tab > "Others", then clicking on the filter icon and using the filter by type or status, as shown in the following video:
