Submitting a Leave Request:
An employee can submit a request for any of the available leave types by following these steps:
- From the home page, click on the Requests option.
- Click on the New Request option, as shown in the image below.
Choose Leave Request.
- A side window will open allowing you to specify all the details related to the leave.
Note:
The system will inform you, through warning messages, of your company to leave days, depending on the type you select. These settings are set on Jisr in accordance with the Saudi Labor Office system.
If you request annual leave:
You will see the deducted balance and leave duration information in the same window. You will also see the option to request advance leave pay. You can avail this option if the following conditions are met:
- This policy is activated by the company.
- Your selection of a number of days corresponds to the minimum number of days allowed for applying for advance leave pay, as shown in the following image. This is based on the settings previously set by the company's system admin regarding annual leave clearance:
Note:
The exit and re-entry visa application will only be visible to non-Saudi employees.
- The employee can add a reason using the Reason field (optional).
- An attachment can be added through the Add Attachment window if necessary.
- After that, click on submit and the application will be submitted successfully.
You can track the status of an order by clicking on All Requests > Selecting the data to filter by, then clicking on Apply to track the requests by type or status, as shown in the following image:
