Legal structuring of the facility (adding data on registered companies):
It means the commercial character stipulated in the commercial registry data, whether it is (individual institution, company, etc.), in addition to its data from the electronic services account of the Labor Office as well as social insurance (my business platform).
The goal of defining the legal structure on the system (adding data for registered companies):
1- Linking the company’s bank account to its commercial registry later.
2-The ability to define and add more than one bank account belonging to the same company.
3-If there is more than one commercial register, employees will be classified and distributed among the commercial registers, in accordance with the wage protection system.
4- Defining the legal structure correctly is considered an essential step in establishing the account, as well as when wanting to activate the link with the Mudad platform on the Jisr system.
Therefore, it is necessary to define and add this data to the system correctly, in addition to defining and adding the company’s bank account number later, in order to comply with the requirements of the Wage Protection Program.
Steps to define the legal structure of the facility:
By going to the Settings page > Org Structure >Add New Registration
Through this page, it is necessary to add information about the legal structure of the establishment (commercial registry data, Ministry of Human Resources data, social insurance subscription data) through the options displayed.
💡 If there are several main or subsidiary commercial records (provided that each record has a file number in the labor office and a social insurance subscription number), they can all be added to the system.
Note: You can set different payment methods according to the facility's specific needs for each individual commercial record.
