Organization's Information:
Access the organization profile page through Settings > Account > General Info
In this page, the admin can find all organization's data that is already registered on Jisr, namely the General Information and the admin's Contact Information. To change the information on either of these sections, click the Edit button, perform the changes, then click Update.
Uploading or Updating the Organization's Logo:
An admin has the access to upload a new logo OR remove and update the existing Organization's logo through this page.
Acceptable file criteria:
- File size: less than 100MB
- File extension: .png, .jpg, .jpeg
- Image dimensions: 120x36px
The admin may also choose whether the company's logo should appear to all employees on all web pages at the top of the navigation bar, instead of Jisr logo.
As long as this option is disabled, Jisr logo will be displayed at the top of the main navigation bar.
When the option is enabled, a confirmation message appears to inform you that your logo will be displayed instead of Jisr logo.
Click confirm, then both employees and admins will see the company logo instead of Jisr logo.
Users who have Account Admin role (i.e.; they can manage the main company and subsidiaries) will automatically see the different company logos instead of Jisr's when they open the list of subsidiaries, as shown below. When they switch to any subsidiary, the respective company logo will be used as well, and Not the Jisr logo.
