To obtain the Summary Report: Go to the Reports and Statistics page> Navigate to the Attendance Report section> Select the Attendance Summary Report> Choose the period and click the Generate button.
Filters or Customize Columns option can be used for further customization or filtering.
The report can be exported as an Excel file, PDF, or shared with any user within the system.
Note:
Through this report, the following information can be identified when generating the report:
- The number of working days for the employee.
- The number of absence days for the employee.
- The number of leave days for the employee.
- The number of days the employee was on a business trip.
- The total scheduled working hours for the employee.
